This policy explains what personal information we collect through gbgroup.world, our email, WhatsApp and our online resources (courses, calculators and demos), how we use it and the choices you have.
1. Who we are
GB Group operates through GB Supply LLC (Hidalgo, Texas) for services in the United States and GB Energía Suministro y Servicios, S.A. de C.V. (Av. Insurgentes Sur 586, Piso 19, Int. 201-B, Col. Del Valle Centro, 03100, Mexico City) for services in Mexico. Contact: info@gbgroup.world.
2. Information we collect
- Contact details: name, company, title, email, phone or WhatsApp, country or state.
- Your request: topic, message, how you found us and the page you wrote from.
- Calculators and courses: the figures you enter for a calculation (for example, estimated amounts or type of work) and your course progress.
We do not ask for sensitive information. Please do not send tax documents, IDs, Social Security numbers or bank details through the form or WhatsApp. If we need them to provide a service, we will request them through a secure channel under a written engagement.
Browsing: we measure visits with our own analytics tool that does not use cookies or store your IP address; it only records aggregate data such as pages viewed, approximate country or state and device type.
3. How we use it
- To answer your request and send you proposals or quotes.
- To give you access to the courses, calculators and materials you request.
- To manage our business relationship and, where applicable, provide the services you engage us for.
- With your consent, to send you articles, invitations and tax and regulatory updates. You can opt out at any time by writing to info@gbgroup.world or using the unsubscribe link in our emails.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising. We share it only with GB Group companies, with infrastructure providers (website hosting, email and messaging) that process it on our behalf, including from servers outside the United States, and with authorities when the law requires it.
5. Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop sending you communications, by writing to info@gbgroup.world. We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request.
6. Retention and security
We keep your information only as long as needed for these purposes and as required by tax and business record-keeping laws. We protect it with administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including restricted access, encrypted connections and servers under our control. Client tax information is handled under a written information security plan.
7. Children
Our website and services are not directed to people under 18.
