Industrial procurement in the U.S. with delivery in Mexico
When a part is not available in Mexico, or not at a usable price or lead time, we source it in the U.S. or from the manufacturer, import it and deliver it on site. We operate from GB Supply LLC in Hidalgo, Texas, across the border from Reynosa.
Where a purchase gets stuck
Vendors that don't sell to Mexico
Many U.S. manufacturers and distributors only sell to U.S. companies or require registration, credit and local payment.
Exact specification
When the specification calls for an exact brand, model and material with no substitutes, that part has to be found and verified before payment.
Customs and paperwork
Tariff classification, regulations, export licenses when they apply, and documents that must match. One error holds the shipment.
Field downtime
Idle equipment waits for the part. Every day in transit or in paperwork costs more than the part itself.

Frequently asked questions
Can you invoice in Mexico?
Yes. We can invoice from GB Energía in Mexico or from GB Supply LLC in the U.S., whichever suits your operation.
Do you offer substitutes?
Only if you ask. If the specification calls for an exact brand and model, we quote that part.
What about equipment that needs an export license?
Some equipment needs a U.S. government license to be exported. We identify it when quoting, coordinate the process with the manufacturer and include the lead time in the quote.
Do you deliver beyond the border?
Yes. We deliver on site anywhere in Mexico; freight is included in the quote.
Can't find a part in Mexico?
Send us the part number, quantity and delivery location. We will reply in writing with a delivered price and lead time.
