Telemetry and volumetric controls for oil and gas in Mexico
The same measurement runs the field, feeds production reports to CNE and satisfies SAT's volumetric control rules. We install and configure the telemetry, integrate what you already have in the field and turn that data into the reports each authority requires.
Where measurement gets lost
Fields without cellular coverage
Many wells sit outside coverage. Without a properly configured radio or satellite link, data arrives late, incomplete or not at all.
Mixed-vendor equipment
Sensors, gateways and SCADA systems from different manufacturers that don't talk to each other. The data exists, but nobody can consolidate it.
Volumetric controls that don't reconcile
Reports to SAT must match field measurement, CFDI invoices and what is reported to CNE. An unexplained difference becomes a finding.
Undocumented configuration
A replacement device shipped with factory settings stops communicating. Without configuration that is documented and bench-tested before going to the field, every failure is a site visit.
What we cover
Field telemetry
- Wireless pressure and temperature sensors
- Gateways with cellular, radio or satellite links
- Modbus integration with existing SCADA and equipment
- Cloud alarms and dashboards
Volumetric controls (SAT)
- Obligation assessment by facility and taxpayer ID
- Equipment and software under Annex 21 of the RMF
- Coordination of verification (Annex 22) and laboratory reports (Annex 23)
- Daily and monthly reports
Measurement before CNE
- Consistency between operational measurement and production reports
- Support on measurement information requests
Ongoing operation
- Bench configuration and testing before field deployment
- Training for field personnel
- Equipment plus monthly service model
From sensor to report
Site survey
Measurement points, existing equipment, communication coverage and each facility's tax and regulatory obligations.
Design and engineering
Where to measure, with which device, over which link and how it integrates with what is already running.
Bench configuration and installation
Everything is configured and tested before reaching the field; on site, it is connect and verify.
Operation and reporting
Monitoring, alarms, maintenance and each authority's reports from a single data source.
Who we help
- Operators with scattered wells or no cellular coverage.
- Facilities subject to Mexican volumetric controls: production, storage, distribution and self-consumption.
- Companies that already have SCADA or sensors and need to consolidate data.
- Hotels, industry and cogeneration plants that consume fuel at their own facilities.
From one well to a full field on the same architecture, without rebuilding the integration every time the operation grows.
Frequently asked questions
Who must keep volumetric controls in Mexico?
Those who produce, process, transport, store, distribute or sell hydrocarbons and petroleum products, under Article 28 of the Federal Tax Code and the RMF, and in certain cases those who consume them at their own facilities. The obligation is assessed facility by facility.
What does Annex 21 of the RMF require?
The technical specifications for volumetric control equipment and software, and how reports are generated. Equipment verification and laboratory reports are governed by Annexes 22 and 23.
Does it work without cellular coverage?
Yes. We use radio or satellite links depending on the site; communication design is part of the survey.
Can you integrate what we already have in the field?
Yes. We integrate over standard protocols such as Modbus and replace equipment only when it cannot be integrated.

Send us your list of facilities, what you measure today and how you report it. We will tell you what is missing for compliance and what can be integrated.
