Did you file the DIOT for every month with a credit?
Did you submit the electronic accounting for those months?

FAQ
Should we request a refund or keep crediting it?

If your Mexican entity generates a credit every month (for example, during an investment phase or with 0%-rated sales), crediting never catches up and the cash stays tied up; a refund is usually the way out.

What happens if the SAT issues an information request?

Answer exactly what it asks, with support and on time. If it isn’t answered in time, the refund request is treated as withdrawn.

Can you assemble the file and handle the refund?

Yes. We review invoices, payments and evidence, assemble the file, file the request and answer every information request in writing, with reporting in English.
