FAQ
What happens if I skip the January payment?

The IRS may charge an underpayment penalty, figured separately for each quarter that was short. Paying in January stops that quarter’s penalty from growing.

Do I have to pay if my tax is small?

Generally, if you owe less than $1,000 after withholding and credits, no estimated payment is required.

Can you handle my payments and books?

Yes. We do monthly bookkeeping for 1099 contractors, figure each quarterly payment and send you the schedule in writing.
